PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Strength of Team Work
Teamwork can be effective in many ways within the project as it divides the total
workload among the team members and thus decreasing the individual load of every employee
(Whetten and Cameron 2014). The team consists of many members from different culture and
background that provides an opportunity for the individuals to learn the different cultures and
apply them for personal creativity and innovation. Teamwork focuses on overall development of
the project and hence, if certain individual lags in his or her duty for some unwanted cases, the
whole team can contribute in accomplishing the ultimate goals and thus, delivering the project
within the expected budget and schedule (Conte et al. 2017). Support from the team members
help the individuals in accomplishing hard work in an easy and efficient manner and could be
precisely help them in learning new objectives and aspects for the delivery of the project.
Brainstorming activity can be helpful measure in allowing the individuals to bring out innovative
and creative ideas for the delivery of the project in an efficient and effective manner.
Weaknesses of Team Work
There are many advantages of the teamwork however; there is always a dark side of
brighter part and so is with the teamwork. Relying on team members can be an effective way for
distributing the load and an individual who just left his work in the wait of completion by
another individual can utilize it (Finkelman 2015). Conflict is another major uncertainty that
might affect the overall growth of the project as it could separate the individuals from the
ultimate goal of the project. Different cultures and different attitudes always lead to certain
conflicts within the team members and thus, it could affect the overall growth of the project
(kerzner and Kerzner 2017). Close relationship in the team could divert the employees and staffs
from focusing on the goals and objectives of the project towards the personal relationship.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Communication Plan
The internal stakeholders must be invited in regular meeting concerning that there is full
attendance and making communication related to the growth and development of the project. It
will allow all the stakeholders to express their point of views related to the current growth and
future expectation of the project. Despite of regular meetings, face – to – face communication
should be executed for communicating the problems and situations being faced by the
individuals associated with the project (Ashraf and Aftab 2017). An effective communication
between the team members is always an effective measure for the elimination of the conflict
among the team members and ensuring that no individual is having any problem and issues.
Professional and Legal Issues
There are many issues associated with the transformation of the existing system towards
an advanced and automated way through the application of the information technology. The
employees already existing within the Lizzie leather company could resist the change as most of
the individuals fear the change and could possibly ask to leave the company. The security and
privacy of the individual’s information and data being shared on the network is another
concerning objective for the delivery of the project in an effective and efficient manner (Agarwal
2017). Lizzie Leather Company should ensure the implementation of an effective security
privacy and security for the individuals and ensure that the establish network does not bring any
harm to the employees.
Conclusion
Based on the above report it can be concluded that implementation of the web portal
within the existing network of the Lizzie Leather Belt Company can be effectively and

efficiently accomplished through the delivery of the activities according to the Agile Scrum
methodology. The above-mentioned activities have been represented in the Gantt Chart
considering the visualization of the activities with the time needed for the accomplishment of
those activities. Teamwork never lags in accomplishing the objectives and goals of the overall
project however; the team needs a better and experienced leader for managing the team and their
roles and responsibilities as a team player. Proper managerial and leadership skills will be
needed for the successful deployment of the web portal within the existing system of the Lizzie
Leather Company and establish an effective network within for all the five centers of the
organization. The policies being established again should comply with the existing policies of the
organization and should not harm the existing employee’s personal data or information ensuring
their privacy and security. The functional requirements for this deployment can be recommended
as the database management system, cloud services, HR management, and others for the efficient
and effective flow of the operational activities within the organization.
