Introduction
Agile working can be defined as a technique through which several individuals can be
connected through various means for completion of a given task in the most appropriate manner.
The given report is self-reflection on personal and professional skills development while
exploring agile ways of working for completion of a specific task. The report will conclude three
practises out of all highlighted in the document for driving better efficiency for completion of
assignment tasks (Haider, 2020). Further, in the report Gibb's reflective cycle is also been taken
into consideration. Use of this model will be focused towards providing most secured future
success while undergoing several personal or professional life goals (Blasquez and Leblanc,
2018).

Working in a group has been in trend since last few years in various organisation. This
not only polish once professional skills but also develops potential towards shaping individual's
personal life career to desired success. In my context, I was provided with 3 Assignments for its
completion with my group. Initially, during planning stages for major events that have to be
undertaken for completion of project tasks. I was provided with the work of researching and
finding all the relevant information that was suitable for completion of project under given
deadline. As current i.e. post assignment 1 and 2, we are heading to assignment-3. Now things
are more sorted out, every individual in the group is being given a different field of working and
exploring (Dalcher, 2019). Any doubts encountered during the project activities are being
discusses with the team members and thereafter if no conclusions are found is reported to our
mentor. On dividing our tasks and properly communicating all project activity which are to be
performed during the course of project, me along with my group mates feel confident about
developing a decent project by using resources in the most appropriate manner (Boniwell and
Tunariu, 2019).
I love performing a task in a team. Taking into consideration my post experience where I

were not at all interested in taking part in decision-making activity of the group. This was
