investing and administrating the business. Starting up a business comprises of both advantage
and disadvantage which comes with the system of the operation (Bromiley et al., 2015). The
advantage of having an own business comprises a responsibility of making own decision and
maintaining punctuality of time. Once the business runs in a successful manner the goodwill of
the firm remains as an asset that assist the customers to remain brand loyal. With the presence of
the advantage of setting up an enterprise there are disadvantages attached to it. The fear of
competitors in the market are the biggest fear that comes with an offering of a similar product at
a lower cost.
In the agricultural entrepreneurship it is important for the entrepreneur to understand the
location and region in cultivation of pasture. The new business in New Zealand region can set up
its organisation in milking goats (Yangilar, 2013). Before setting an enterprise, the entrepreneurs
seek agricultural assistance to consult about the feasibility of the proposed enterprise. A business
set up for dairy company should constitute of farming regions, the content modified inclusion of
fatty acid, setting up of machinery to add in more of additional nutrition and meet the specified

made available for the consumers at much cheaper rates.
There is an opportunity of creation of jobs for the unemployed candidate and aims at
removing poverty to an extent.
Disadvantages of establishing new enterprise in milking goat:
The farming and cultivation of pasture can lead to loss of natural resources like and
water.
There are large number of competitors in the market that stands as a rival in the existing
market of the firm. If the competing firm offers a same range of product and service with
lower cost then it becomes a challenging task for the business to involve innovative
technique.

The reason of unemployment from the orgnaisation can be a disadvantage for the firm as
the famers has to perform the same kind of task in the manufacturing and distribution of
goat milk (Henriksen, McLaughlin & Sharp, 2015).
If inflation sets in the value of money goes down and the poor working section of the
society becomes poorer. The society as a result will be unable to buy their products and
company faces a deficit.
