agriculture, business or service. Without the usage of technologies, the civilization might come
to a dead end. Technologies help man to work faster and be productive than ever before to carry
out the tasks properly and smoothly. Agriculture is a sector of economy where technologies have
been used since time immemorial. In the area of agricultural appraisal, certain technologies have
been introduced which have become quite popular. These technologies make the agricultural
appraisal better than it was before. Agware Inc is a company that produces and sells agricultural
appraisal software applications to farmers and businessmen. The respective paper analyzes the
external environment where Agware is working, different technological tools and mechanisms
utilized by the Agware company and the current trends of their technologies thereafter.

The company Agware Inc is an American database software company that was started in
the year 1999 and the products that are available at Agware Inc. have the UAAR trademark
which has been registered federally and other several forms of technologies that are registered

Review Report (SARR). The UAAR trademark covers downloadable computer software for
carrying out tasks such as collecting, modifying, optimizing, manipulating and harnessing data

primary, secondary and tertiary) as the civilization is becoming more and more digital
(Iqbal & Khan, 2014). However, as these companies are start-up software companies, the
switching cost in the market of the organization is on moderate rate.
