Introduction
In this whole report, we are discussing the artificial intelligence which is the advance part of
the computer science. It shows the several stages for overall processing including the self-
correction, reasoning and learning.
Without the human brain, it cannot solve any programming concepts. Down below the report
based on the management plan of the project. It will discuss the research with the use of
quantitative and qualitative research methods.

P1 Devise project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.
The project is based on the impact of Artificial Intelligence with its influence over the
business sector and its day to day activities.
Rationale:
The project is focused to provide the detailed information related to the impact of the
implementation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in a business organization with its influence
over the connected users, employees, customers and environment (Russell, Dewey &
Tegmark, 2015). The research conducted for this project is based on the finding and
identifying the uses and importance of Artificial intelligence in terms of various
environmental aspects with its relation to the activities performed with the help of Artificial
Intelligence incorporated with big brands and promotions. This also provides detailed
information related to the inventions that were carried in enhancing the technological
contribution to AI (Johnson, et.al, 2016).
Aim:
The produces project’s aim is to attain extensive research over the technological
implementation of Artificial Intelligence in terms of its uses and targeted activities that were
taken care with the help of Artificial Intelligence in a business and its day to day activity.
Objectives:
The project’s main objectives are:
The first objective is to identify the role and uses of Artificial Intelligence in exploring
the various environmental and technologies.
The second objective of Artificial Intelligence is to attain the detailed role and importance
of implementation of Artificial Intelligence in achieving success by the big organization
and big brands.
The third objective is to identify the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in various
inventions such as Robotics technology, various public transportation technologies and
more.

The fourth objective is to identify various future trends for Artificial Intelligence with
respect to technological innovations and more.

The project management plan for the project is developed to provide the detailed information
related to the various aspects such as cost, risk, time and more related to the research
developed to identify the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in various sectors of
society.

Scope:
The project is scoped to gain and attain ample amount of knowledge related to Artificial
Intelligence and its distribution and its implementation of various business organizations and
various sectors of society. This project will help to identify the influence of Artificial
Intelligence over various future advancement in artificial intelligence technology. The most
important use of this project is to identify the various effective modes of implementation of
Artificial Intelligence with its utilization in an effective manner in various sectors of
organization society to manage and handle various general and advanced activities
(Cockburn, et.al, 2018).
Cost:
As Artificial Intelligence technology is a vast sector of study it requires various resources and
technological machinery. Thus, this study incorporates vast cost investment to attain the
desired and required information. This huge investment adds up to the project’s overall

Quality:
Quality is one of the major aspects that is taken care of at the topmost level for any project.
This Project management plan aspect provides the level and effectiveness of project
outcomes with its implementation. Quality determination for any project sets a consideration
for the success of this project. Measuring and setting up of better quality can help to minimise
the project risk. The quality of any project can be maintained and increased with the help of
better management of time and resources (Miller, 2018).
Risk:
The risks are the most negative aspect of a project in terms of the project management plan.
The risk for this project is computed as the limitation of time to complete the project.
Inappropriate uses of resources and various budget issues. The risks for the project can be
minimized by various undertakings and actions taken by the project manager.
Resources:

The resources for any project help to maintain the stability in the project. The resources used
for this project are related to the study of artificial intelligence such as software tools,
hardware tools and more (Müller & Bostrom, 2016).
