In the era of 21st century where all the work is done by the shortcuts but also in accurate
manner whether in any organisation private or public , in any hospital, school or others, and this
concept is came by the developing ideas and technologies. Related to this there is a term called
Artificial Intelligence, it means to do the work digitally by the humans with the help of the
advance use of technology or by using computer(Eldoma,2018). It is in the trend to do the work
fast and it should be efficient like machines do, but the drawback f the machines are that they
cant think like humans, to over come with this problem AI is mostly used because of the fast
working and even has a ability to think like humans(Pope, J., 2018). Even the humans of
nowadays are very sharp and fast, but no matter what the humans were not able to hold the
position like machines in performing the work, and when the workload increase on human its
become very difficult for the humans to complete the work on time and also without any
mistakes. The matter of contemporary management issues refers to the control of process,
resources and innovations in an organisations to achieve the desired goals within the given
possibilities, conditions and limitation according to the economic and social connection of
economic activities. This report will cover the analysis of artificial intelligence in various
organisations and impact on business strategy within an organisation. Along with this, there will
be brief on importance of talent acquisition with changes in management of current global
competition. This report will cover the importance of learning of talent acquisition and
development and changing management within the organisation for overall improvement in
business for competition in market(Fleming, 2018).

organisations adopted the modern technologies to stand out in the competitive market. Artificial
Intelligence plays a important role to make the connections with people all over, and it already
been seen in the pandemic in which all the organisations were allowed their employees to work
from home, it would get possible through the Artificial Intelligence, thus AI gave benefit's to the
organisations for acquiring talent, managing work flow, providing training and development, etc.
The time period of Covid 19 was a drastic time not only for the individuals but also for the
organisations, it changed the operational functioning of human resource and also affected the
processing of an organisation by mainly imposing the process of work from home(Grasser,
2021). The AI make the work easy for the people but also affected the activities in operating the
human resources by implementing the activity of work from home. The development of an
organisation is depend up on the various factors and also the function of the organisation got
affected due to internal as well as some external factors such as; technology up gradation,
political situations, economic conditions, legal factors, societal trends and also the ecological
imbalance, these all factors were get in control by the use of AI(Loufrani-Fedida,2021). The
theories like organisational development theory targeted the changes which can be take place in
the organisation and through the strategic contingency the changes can be handle positively.
With the help of the human an AI give the better opportunities to reduce the complexities
and frustrations which are faced by the humans while performing the task in the organisation
like, in the organisation efficiency of work can be examined by the system of chat box which
was enhanced with the system of artificial intelligence that assist in arranging the meetings,
