INTRODUCTION
Artificial Intelligence is mainly related to the work that is done in digital form by humans
with the aid of machines and advanced use of technology by the use of computers. Artificial
Intelligence (AI) is mostly used in today's time due to its fast performance and even has the
ability to think like humans. It is very beneficial technology with smart processing that will help
in performing the work or task more easily as it has the ability to perform various tasks at on
time efficiently and effectively. The matter of contemporary management issues refers to the
managing of human resources within an enterprise by which there is no obligation towards
employment, safety, culture of work, engagement of employee, stress of job, turnover of
employee, etc(Anderson and Coveyduc 2020). The challenges that are majorly faced by the
organisations in present time are related to expectations of employees, opportunities for career
growth, successful planning, change in the management, work life balance and communication
activities. This report will cover the analysis of artificial intelligence in various organisations and
impact on business strategy within an organisation. Along with this, there will be brief on
importance of talent acquisition with changes in management of current global competition.
This report will cover the importance of learning of talent acquisition and development and
changing management within the organisation for overall improvement in business for
competition in market.

The theory of Human Capital plays a major role in education, knowledge, development,
growth, skills and productivity of human resource that can be increased and analysed within an
organisation (Card and Nelson 2019). Businesses in present time are facing lot of challenges and
issues that are related to intense growth of technology, change in the requirement of skill,
training and development with increase in competition, etc. The conduct of different functions or
operations within the business is conducted due to the specific requirement of skills, abilities,

experience and knowledge which is required by an organisation. The organisations have to adopt
the latest technologies for its presence in the competitive market because of the amendments or
changes in technology and continuous requirement during the time of pandemic in Covid-19.
Artificial Intelligence plays a very important role in forming connections with people all over.
Human Resource Value Chain is also another important framework which is used by the
companies for understanding the impact on human resources in companies. In reference to
Human Resource Development, it plays an important role for creation and management of best
practices. In reference to Guest Model, which is the commonly used model for examining the
activities of development of human resource by majorly focusing on individuals instead of
groups in an organisation (Galagan, Hirt and Vital 2019). There are various strategies that have
led the company for management of human resource for acquisition of their motive by improving
the engagement of employment in order to timely achieve goals and objectives of the
organisation. The era of Covid-19 pandemic has led the organisations all around the globe to
implement the stratergy of work from home with the aid of Artificial Intelligence for processing
the work of offices at home. Thus Artificial Intelligence has majorly benefited the organisations
for acquiring talent, managing work flow, providing training and development, etc. The breeze
of pandemic has majorly affected the people in many ways which have changed the operational
functioning of human resource and also affected the processing of an organisation by mainly
imposing the process of work from home for people working in offices. The use of artificial
intelligence and digital technology have affected the activities in operating the human resources
by implementing the activity of work from home.
There are many factors which affects the development of an organisation such as the activities of
research and development that are done by an organisation. There are internal and external
factors that influence the activities of development in an organisation which are mostly affected
by the changes in employee engagement, changing technology, political situations, economic
conditions, legal factors, societal trends and ecological imbalance, etc and which can be managed
effectively by the use of artificial intelligence (Khandelwal and Shekhawat 2018). The general
system, strategic contigency and organisational development theory aims for identification of the
changes in an organisation and to positively handle the enactment of changes. Artificial
Intelligence with the help of human efforts aids in providing better opportunities for reducing the
complexities and frustrations in the people by resolving their problems in providing analytical

candidate which in turn helps in reducing the cost of procedure of recruitment. It also helps in
improving and developing the moral value within the workforces by improving the employee
reattainment. It also provides the organisation with intellectual candidates that will help in
minimizing the competitive risk from global level. The talent acquisition also helps in aligning
the goal of organisation for the candidates that help in improving the operational work. The
company may take much time in identifying and selecting the candidate in required time for
proper and appropriate procedure of recruitment (Mosteanu 2020).
The learning and development is process of an organisation that is responsible for empowerment
and development of capability, skills and knowledge of workforces. The procedure of learning
and development provides skills and techniques that helps in doing the job in an easier and
efficient way. The company must maintain the updated skill of their staff in the growing market,
so that it helps the company in maintaining the up-gradation in work. There may also be
difficulty for the company in maintaining the reattainment of employees in order to enhance the
morale of self developments, which may in turn reduce the chance of resignation through
learning and development. The hiring of fresher employees by the company also affects the
efficiency of the organisation but also leads to enhancing the skill of untrained employees. The
growth of organisation directly depends on the satisfaction of consumers as it also deals with

hindrance in their services. The procedure of learning and development even motivates the
employees in order to focus on the goal of organisation. The reputation of brand of the company
is majorly dependent on the performance of employee's learning and development for further
enhancing the performance of employees.
The global environment plays an important role in changing the management, which
enforcement will help in enhancing morale and performance of employees. The company should
select reliable technology tool and systems in management that will help in facing competition,
for the easy working of technology and increasing the performance of an organisation. The multi
national companies (MNC) have changed its management strategies, after the storm of pandemic
in global market with more and more usage of artificial intelligence and digital tool that may
improve the efficiency and productivity in the field of business (Valter, Lindgren and Prasad
2018). The highest level of management exhibits the future advantage in finding better and
impactful ways for working. The global level companies provides resources and training sessions
to its employees for upgrading the knowledge and change in activities of management. The
preference of consumers and desire to change daily in the competitive market by enabling the
managers to change the activities of business according to the requirement of business.

very critical for growth and development in business. The top level management should focus
more on innovations rather than other things by implementing innovative ways and changing its
perspective in the present competitive environment. The companies should lay more focus on the
activities of training and development in order to enhance the efficiency of the organisation. The
issues of contemporary management have evolved in the 21st century by rapidly transforming the
advancements of technology all over the globe. Therefore, various theories and models have
been used by human resource development in order to organise and shape the capital of human
resource in an organisation for efficiently managing the workforce with the aid of artificial
intelligence. The procedure of talent acquisition, learning and development has also changed the
ways of handling the management with the help and assistance of artificial intelligence in an
organisation.
