INTRODUCTION
Management of business perform several of structural and functional activities which are
necessary for the business to achieve the organisational goals and objectives and make huge
amount of profit. Some time sir it may face several problems and challenges which comes
because of the various dynamic aspects of company. It directly affect the employees or executive
of the organisation. For the purpose of dealing with these and challenges it is necessary to
develop the skills and competencies so that the conflicts of business can be removed. Below
mentioned report deal with the same aspects for analysing the learning and career plan of action
in an effective manner.
TASK 1
Which skills have you created or improved as a result of the project?
It is an assignment of a college under which I took the involvement as an artificial
intelligence practiced for the purpose of understanding and resolving the problems of business. It
has been found that the online and distance learning is considered as the the use issue which has
been faced by the client FSB. It is the reason that I planned a meeting with the client so that we
can discuss on this issue of learning. During the meeting I found that the communication skills
are playing a important role as it is used for learning and speaking out the opinions and the
perspective. This issue can be solved to encourage the students to promote and adopt the online
learning as they can provide a lots of benefit to them. At the end of this task I felt several
significant transformation with me in context of skills and it was up mint. I develop my
communication skills while I was discussing the ways and methods of promoting online learning
for the business organisation. Managing time is considered as the important in a personal and
professional life. So during this task I came to attend the several meetings on time. It implies a
good and positive impression on the senior management which make able me to complete the
task within the certain time limit. The development of time management skills in myself implies
a positive impact and inspire others. Because of this task I get to know about the the importance
of a good leader in a team. I have to make several attractive and creative plans so that I can
promote online learning and more and more students able to join the online Fashion schools
topper some of analytical skills have been also developed which are useful in examining the

several kinds of situations and make the appropriate plans accordingly. These are the ways how I
came to realize the improvement and advancement of all abilities with in me.
What do you know now that you didn't know at the beginning of the process?
At the starting of this task I found several of things which I had never realize before. I
faced several of challenges which are related with the artificial Intelligence and administration. I
am proficient in my field. I am knowledgeable about the online and distance learning programs.
Before that I was only aware about the cloud computing digital transformation and many more.
But during this task I had faced several of challenges such as a budget managing, data
management, analytics, leadership, hiring and many more. This task help me in knowing about
the other activities which are performed by the IT Department by using the artificial intelligence.
These skills are important for me to suggesting my clients in a more particular mode. I also get to
know about the importance of online and distance learning by the scholar. It has been analyzed
by meet at the online learning has a essential character at the time of lock down and COVID-19
pandemic situation as the students were not able to go outside and attend the offline classes to
learn any skills and course. In that situation it make able for the students to increase the
knowledge and look their session by the use of Technology. Encouraging the concepts among
the students was not easy for me as they were preparing the conventional approaches for
acquiring. Due to this project I never realized the deficiency of other skills within me which are
related to the management.
To what extent the confidence level has been improved?
I have realised that the level of confidence with me is improve. Communicating and
interacting with the other people improve my confidence level during this project. In a starting I
was not able to communicate and interact in a proper manner with others because of hesitation in
myself. But after completing this project I can effectively communicate with others and I also
love to interact with the new people. This state that my level of confidence have been developed
a lot and now I do not have any hesitation at all to putting myself upfront. I also enhance my
time management skills as of now I can complete all the assigned task within the time period.
These skills are really important for me for managing my work with no stress. By managing the
time I can perform several of a project.

How could you use the learning in your upcoming career?
This project help me in realising that it delivers of high value for my future career
development. The main reason behind this is that I am able to see my bright future with in the
field of artificial intelligence. This project gives a lot of experience which there is an important
advantage to promote my work at workplace. I found but this experience is important for me for
providing the suggestions in the line of Technology will not only help in the section but others as
well. These skills helped me a lot so that I can also start my own venture as well. The creation of
high scope within me has been also developed by the skills which I gained from this project. I
developed the several of it skills such as artificial intelligence and quality to provide services in
this area which leads to the improvement of leadership skills and rising the opportunity is a of a
good leader in an organisation. I founded at the presence of several skills are not only
responsible for getting the opportunity is a for a dream job as an employee. But it has been found
by me that the multiple skills helps in attracting the employer's to keep the individual in their
organisation as they are highly proficient in their ways. This projector help me in learning how
an individual can manage the work within the deadline. It is found as the journal caused to
standard regarding my acquisition experience which help me for the future opportunities.
