Evaluating AI's Impact on Project Management: A Detailed Report

This report investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on effective project management, addressing issues such as high project costs, ineffective scheduling, and integration challenges. It aims to determine how AI can reduce project costs and improve project management practices within organizations like PA Consulting Group.
