The analytical skills and the communication skills are the most crucial and important part when
setting up a knowledge-based system. These skills play a pivotal role in developing this system.
No knowledge of algorithm is required. With minimal skills and an analytical mindset one can
easily learn the basics of writing the rules and can even test their base of knowledge with anyone
else having programming knowledge. Therefore, the later mentioned approach is better than the
prior mentioned approach.
