Introduction
The report presented here is the implementation report for the AI and ML enabled the system for
the insurance company. The previous assignment discussed the analysis of the situation and
planning of the system. The document presented here will be used to provide insights into the
system implementation. The insight will include various concepts like the CJM, information
architecture and technology architecture.
The system is for the insurance company for the motor vehicles. The company is constantly
failing to upgrade the working environments and mediums to lace them with the newest
technology and this caused the company to lose the business and the company was unable to
compete in the market. The company now wants to change the scenario and implement a system
laced with the advances of the AI and ML for claim assessment, risks and fraud prevention.

Customer Journey
The Customer Journey Map is to make anyone understand the various process the customer goes
through and to modify the quality of customer experience. The Customer journey map for the
Insurance company is made with using the person considering main stakeholders. The steps to
create CJM is:
1. Define the object of CJM.
2. Profile the CJM persona and define user goals.
3. List the major touch points.
4. Identify the major elements for mapping.
5. Take the customer journey.
6. Make changes (Agius, 2019).

Information Architecture
The information architecture of a system is the well-structured design scheme of the information
system environments. The aim of IA (information architecture) is to help in the organization,
labeling and structuring the content in a very justifiable method. The Information Architecture of
a system is supposed to answer some of the following questions:
ï‚· Where the user is?
ï‚· What the user has found?
ï‚· What is around?
ï‚· What a user can expect?
Components of the IA: There are 4 major components of the IA and they are
1. Organization structure: the categorization of the information
2. Labeling: the presentation of the available information
3. Navigation system: the path through which the user will access data
4. Search System: how the user will be able to look for information.

Object Principle: The system and its content should be treated as same as a living being having

Choice Principle: Limiting the selection possibility to low.
Disclosure Principle: The preview of the information that will be displayed after digging should
be given to the user.
Exemplars Principle: Preview of the content of every category.
Front Door Principle: The system should assume that more than 50% of the users will use the
other page to visit system rather than the home page.
Multiple Classification Principle: Various browser classification schemes are offered to the
user.
Focused Navigation Principle: Navigation should be simple and not confusing.

Technology architecture
The technology architecture or the information technology architecture defines the various IT
assets and processing that can be used in order to meet the business objective, to ensure the rule
enforcement and for the information related to business. There are three main parts of the
Technology Architecture (TA):
Server: This is generally composed of the system hardware that can be centrally utilized. The
server part of the insurance company system is composed of the DNS and database.
Middleware: This is the type of system that allows the flow of the information going. In this
situation of customer and insurance company system, the middleware is the internet connection
as this service maintains the flow of information between the client and server (Gloag, 2018).
Client: The client is the mix of the software and the hardware. According to this level facility,
the services are finally usable for the user and make the business available for everyone.
The following is the basic technology architecture for the scenario-based insurance company and
this has all three components; middleware, server, and client.

Project governance and methodologies
The project here is the big level project and needs too much work to be done. The best approach
to manage this type of project will be the Waterfall project management method. The method is
strictly dependent on the flow of the process. The team developing the project has everything
figured out in this method as the team does not work on a parallel process and follows a
particular flow of the process, just like a waterfall.
The following are the steps of the waterfall method and they are followed in the order they are
mentioned below:
1. Gathering the customer requirements: This is the first and most important step for
proper and successful development. The requirements are the mixture of the company
needs and user expectations.
2. Concept, designing, and planning: The problem or the need of the system is studied and
the solution for the same is framed. The solution is framed into a design and the
development is planned to meet the deadlines.
3. Physical product creation: The system is built according to the plan and the design is
considered for the same.
4. Integration with current process: This is the process in the which the newly developed
system is connected to the already existing system or the approach of the business of
information management.
5. Validation: The developed system is tested for various factors like the accuracy,
performance, scalability, and others to verify the rightness of the current system.
6. Product installation: The new system is given to the client or user side for use and the
development process is closed.
7. Maintenance: The system cannot work same always without any upgrade and
modification. The process to make system up-to-date is known as the maintenance
(Project Management Methodologies, 2017).

Work breakdowns and work package decomposition
The work breakdown structure is the division of the complete work into small tasks and subtasks.
The project of developing a system to support the insurance company will be developed in parts
and the following will be phases of development:

The work breakdown structure helps in scheduling the project in a better way and this can be
done using the MS Project application. The main work that is done using the MS project is
displayed below in the form of a Gantt Chart. The project deadline can be divided amongst
various tasks using this. Each task is assigned with a feasible time and the work is completed
accordingly (Harned, 2019).
