P2 Produce a project management plan that covers aspects of cost, scope, time, quality,
communication, risk, and resources.
The project management plan is used in ensuring the responsibilities completed in a timely. It is
important to negotiate rational and achievable deadlines across team and management. The
project management plan covers an important feature such as scope, quality, time, cost, risk
resources, and communication. (Schwalbe, 2015).
S. No. Aspect Description
1. Scope Scope in project management plan responses on tools and
techniques required to complete the project. How the scope can
be attained and controlled in the project. Scope derives the
framework of the project.
2. Cost Cost is defined as the necessary amount required to accomplish
the project. The cost associated with the activities carried out
during the project and also offers the inner and outer cost
estimations.
3. Quality Quality in project management is achieved during the project
lifecycle.
1. Quality planning during the project scheduling process.
2. Quality Assurance is done when the execution process is
going on.
3. Quality Control is done during the project observing and
controlling process.
4. Validation and verification are performed in the entire
project except the beginning of the project.
4. Time The estimated amount of time is provided to accomplish this
project and also for producing deliverables. Work breakdown
structure or Gantt charts are the methods to visualize the project
agenda.

5. Communication Every project is subjected to constraints within in scope also
observe budgets, project planning and resources required. There
may be technology, legislative, regulatory or organizational
policy needs, this trails as a part of the communication process.
6. Risk Risk management comprises identifying, measuring and
mitigating the risk event impacts. Risk evaluation ranks the
identified risk through potential impacts.
Risk Mitigation is the expansion of a plan to eliminate, transfer
minimizes, and share project risk.
7. Resources Resource refers to the required resources to establish the project.
Resource plan can be built in basic 3 steps:
1. List all the required resources.
2. Estimates the essential number of resources.
3. Create a resource schedule.

P3 Produce a work breakdown structure and a Gantt Chart to provide timeframes and
stages for completion.
Work Breakdown Structure is a method to break project work in tasks and subtasks. It is a
supportive tool in describing estimated cost and time and also offers guidance. It is a methodical
way of organizing project scope in manageable components. (Lock, 2017).
When the project is structured the defined project work involves the number of activities. An
estimated time period covers explicit events that are labeled as timescale. Every project practice
shows a significant role in the entire project work. The project work is categorized in different a
practice that creates the organization of the project in an effective and operational manner. A
definite time limit is set for every practice in the project to complete it within a timeframe. Like
this approach the research is directed in a definite time bound on Artificial Intelligence assistance
in examining the environment system. A decent time scale shows a dynamic role in planning the
activities. Table of the time scale of project work encompasses the responsibility that is ongoing,
the explanation, and the period in which it would be completed. (Milman & Jagannathan, 2017).
S. No. Work Plan Description Time is taken
1. Topic selection and
review on a topic
Selecting a topic is essential and an
initial phase in research work. The
topic should be small and deep
enough to be absorbing. For finding
appropriate information, issue
evaluation is done to develop a
reasonable response. Identifying the
issue and developing everyone's
view to describe possible outcomes
and then calculate the options and
select a suitable option and then
finally document the research file.

Various methods are used for
research work such as case studies,
surveys, or observation methods.
There are two methods mainly used
for research are qualitative and
quantitative. A numeral data is
produced and measured using
mathematical as well as a statistical
method. The numerical contribution
is essential in quantitative research
and the sources include online or
offline surveys, observations, or
secondary data. but qualitative
research comprises pictures,
languages, sounds, as well as
observations, but does not involve
numerical. In this method superior
data is examined to offer the deep
picturization and exploration on
how the things have occurred.
Sources of this method include
secondary data, structured
interviews, questionnaires,
postcards, observations, etc.
3. Data Collection Collecting and analyzing data in a
well-organized manner is referred to
as data collection. It offers the
response to specified research
questions estimates the results and
examines assumptions. This method

two sources for gathering data, the
methods include primary that
comprises surveys, journals, direct

reprocessed data. primary data is
more effective more reliable and

more cost, consumes more time as

data, rational and logical techniques
are applied is referred to as data

quality analysis.
