P1 Produce a research proposal that clearly defines a research question or hypothesis supported by a
literature review.
The topic of research: The current research topic is to conduct the appropriate research in terms of
understanding the AI and its impact on us in the near future.
Background of research: The project is being executed based on conducting the comprehensive study
related to utilization in the various sector and field in order to perform the different functions to
understand the AI impact and ease the human efforts in daily lives in the future. AI is a common
discussion topic which has different critical reviews by its impact on human-computer interaction, work
and society etc. It is an interesting and wide topic which is being considered as the threat to the living
world along with their rapid evolution in order to replace human intelligence (Cockburn et al., 2018).
Research questions: The researcher has selected some of the relevant topics to conduct proper research.
The question of the research is being considered as a baseline of a project in terms of understanding the
AI impacts which can have on the individual life in the future.
 What are the role AI will play in generating the content for the big brand services and products?
 How does AI aid in-depth exploration of the environment or system?
 What will be the impact of AI in our daily lives in the future?
 How does machine and AI learning in contributing to new use of the technology e.g. automotive,
robotics, and transportation?
Aims and objectives
Aims: To undertake the research, its main aim is to understand and analyze the AI impact that human
will have to face in the near future with future influences.
Objectives
 To elucidate an experience of the under related to AI implementation in the machine for the
different operations and functions.
 To classify a negative and positive AI impact o the business environment and human life

 Understand and evaluate the Artificial intelligence (Talanov et al., 2015).
Literature review
Meaning of AI
As per to Lu et al. (2018), AI is the important technology which supports the economic activities and
routine social life. This will also contribute to sustainable growth and development of an economy as
well as also solve the several social problems. As per to Strong (2016), stated that AI is being defined as
the intelligence that is exhibited by the artificial entity in order to resolve the critical issues and this
system is assumed generally to be the machine or computer.
AI constraints and benefits
As per to Russell et al. (2015), the artificial intelligence success has potential in terms of bringing the
unprecedented benefits and advantages to the humanity and thus to investigate worthwhile maxims the
AI benefits and avoid the potential pitfall. As per to Cohen and Feigenbaum (2014), stated that AI
includes several disadvantage and advantages. It is opted mainly in performing the different functions
and activities due to the low rate of occurrence of errors when coded effectively by offering accurate and
fast results. AI is more effective in organizing and managing several information and data. The robot can
be the threat to the human by replacing the leading to the changes of a job to the unemployment issues
and job crises. As human is now becoming more dependence on a machine, so there is a chance of
losing their thinking capabilities to how to react in the difficult situations and conditions.

P2 Examine appropriate research methods and approaches to primary and secondary research.
Research designs: This is being referred to as the utilized method in research for collecting and
analyzing the different variables measures that are quantified based on the research questions, which is
used as the baselines. Currently, in the research project, the proper research design has been used for the
experimental that includes the collecting opinions of the participants, which are selected randomly by
the researchers. Currently, the research is being conducted to consider all research questions as a frame
or base to achieve the desired outcome or results.
Approaches: Based on generating the research ideology, for this research, philosophy is being applied in
order to generate the desired outcome. To generate the appropriate result or outcome, the researcher is
applying the grounded theory in which all procedures of research are in an appropriate manner with the
conceptual theory (Russell et al., 2015). To execute the research project properly, for this proper plan
and strategies is needed. In the research project, the approach of the team indicates the implementation
of the proper plan and procedures for collecting the effective data, ultimate interpretation and data
analysis for desired outcomes. Also, the research approach is used in addressing the research title as well
as also delivering the research hypothesis properly.
Research methods
The proper completion and execution of the effective methods and techniques are being applied by a
researcher to attain the desired and effective results. Also, several methods of research are there, which
is utilized by a researcher in terms of collecting the information and data related to the selected topic in
an updated version. The most common methods of research are qualitative and quantitative methods. In
the quantitative research method, the data analyse and collected in numerical form through polls,
questionnaire and surveys etc. While in the qualitative research methods is for the non-numerical form
of data which is done by naturalistic inquiry in the usual set (Lazar et al., 2017). Presently, in the project,
the mixed method of research is applied, which include both qualitative and quantitative approach
together in order to attain reliable outcomes.
Data collection methods: Mainly the collection of the data source is based on two kinds secondary and
primary, in which researchers select the methods for collecting the data by considering the research
methodology type that is applied. In primary data collection case, the data is being collected through
using of the different tools such as interview, survey and questionnaire by the researcher. For the current

research project, the information is collected by using the questionnaire. While, in secondary data
collecting case, the data is being collected through newspaper, journals, articles, books etc. The
appropriate data collection method will, helps in collecting the valid information related to selected
research title.
Data sampling: This is being referred that data is collected in a random manner by random respondents.
Currently, in the research project, the data is collected in terms of understanding the project which is
undertaken through inviting the 50 respondents to participate in the campaign of understanding the AI
impact and give their opinion. Researchers design the set of the questions, which is then distributed to
the respondents in terms of knowing their opinion and views. And after then the data is analyzed to draw
the real conclusion.

Project threats and expenses: In a current project, the project completion and execution involves
several expense in which the main expenses are being related to the data collected by different
secondary and primary resources. Therefore, the current project has moderate expenses. It is because
this is the project and this emphasis mainly on data collection method from questionnaires and
interviews that are offered to the random participants to gather the data related to their opinions upon the
AI and its influences. For collecting the data related to the hypothesis is data is collected from various
sources such as online sites, articles and journals are refereed. No or less risk has been determined in the
present research project (Hair et al., 2015). The main aim of the project is to identify and understand the
AI impact in the near future by concerning the different task and sector.
Ethical consideration: There are various constraints and limitations by a researcher for an overall
completion and execution of a research project which is undertaken. There are many ethical issues and
consideration which arise when conducting the project that include is the data confidentiality and
integrity. Also, the researcher is being expected of using collecting the information and data from the
respondents in an appropriate manner, so that project conclusion is gain without misconceptions or
errors. The questionnaire or interview questions are used during a project of not to harm the respondents'
sentiments.
Activity plan: To conduct the project the appropriate approach is being applied which uses the action
plan that includes the time scheduling and information of each activity in a project in terms of achieving
the project objectives and aims (Vaishnavi and Kuechler, 2015)

Questionnaire Designing: The set of the questionnaire is being designed in the appropriate form in
which the respondent’s response effectively to the question which is asked by the researcher and then
researcher collects and analyze the data to provide up to date information. The open-ended question is
being selected when designing in the questionnaire to understand the AI impact on our human life to
perform various functions and tasks. Additionally, this is a researcher responsibility to maintain the
ethical values when designing a questionnaire.

Based on the above analysis, the participants gender is being determined from a above graph, this is
indicated that around 67% respondents is female, 31% respondents is male and 2% respondents belong
to different category. To understand the current research project influence the overall community
opinion of the different respondent’s gender is needed (Johnson et al., 2016).

researcher from mixed group of age, thus young generation is more enthusiastic in gaining more
information and answering enthusiastically. 47% respondents belong to 16 to 25 age group and 21%
respondents’ falls under 26 to 35 age group.
