I have to create a wining business after the Canvas Business Model. My business
idea will be a Sandwich Shop (Similar Concept as Salad Box chain) I will do
healthy sandwiches, based on the costumer's preferences .
The recipe will be original , made with healthy dressing and home made ,freshly
baked bread. The vegs and meat will come from my own family Bio farm.
My business will run in Western Moldavia, in north-eastern Roman, my
hometown Piatra Neamt. In this area , people are very interested to buy Bio food
so this business will define have success.
