Introduction
The purpose of this project is to analyze and find out the effects of Artificial Intelligence(AI) on
the existing technologies. AI covers the scope of all the machines which try to perform
operations like humans. Multiple types of robots or machines can be trained to perform human-
like operations. With the advancement of AI, human civilizations have reached far ahead in the
accomplishments in all the big and small areas of life.
Artificial Intelligence enables the machines to learn just like humans learn from their experiences
and adjust their performance to perform several tasks like humans. Most Artificial Intelligence
examples like chess-playing systems and self-driven cars depends heavily on learning and
processing of natural languages. Computers can be taught to complete multiple kind of processes
by utilizing huge amount of data & analysing data patterns.
AI is a use of the human brain thinking, learning, deciding and working in solving problems.
This study results in smart software systems. The intention of AI is to enhance computer
functions that are associated with brain knowledge, for instance, learning, reasoning, and solving
problem. AI has been in use in the games, processing of natural languages, expert structures,
vision systems, recognition of speech and handwriting and smart robots.

AI will increase the overall efficiency and progress of technologies.
Intended Research Objective
The purpose of this research is to determine how does AI helps us in the advancements of
existing technologies. This research will provide an overview of the whole process of how AI is
being used in our lives. How machines are trained to behave like humans by being provided
enough data to be trained on.
Literature Review
AI has developed every field of life by a large factor as compared to other technologies. AI
enables the existing technologies to develop further and use all available resources to perform at
their maximum level and provide maximum benefit to society. AI is becoming the most invested
area of interest recently all around the world.
As vehicles are getting abled to connect with each other & with the structure, AI information will
help number one wood avoid traffic jam and dangers. In Pittsburgh, an AI system incorporating
sensor & cameras that monitor lizard traffic flow adjusts traffic lights when required. Less idling
means that their will be less greenhouse gas expulsion in the process.
Since Russia, China, North Korea & other countries are putting substantial resources in AI
research and development hence it is paramount for the world to prepare for hyper war and to
defend critical cyber networks [1].
PriceWaterHouseCoopers(PwC) did a project and predicted that AI technologies can probably
increase the global GDP by $15.7 trillion, a total of 14% by 2030 [2].
McKinsey Global Institute study in China reported that AI based automation will increase the
productivity of chinese economy and add 0.8 to 1.4 % points to GDP growth yearly [3].
AI is also helping financial systems to detect frauds. In Large organizations, it is quite difficult to
identify frauds manually but AI can easily find out the abnormalities, subtle variations and

unique cases which require further investigation. With the help of this fraud detection AI system,
the fraud cases can be caught early in the process and loss can be prevented in the future.[4]

secondary research.
There are multiple techniques to go about researching on a topic. Research is divided majorly in
two types i.e. primary and secondary research.
Primary Research
Primary research is the type of research which is done to gather fresh data for a research project.
It includes the one-to-one processes like surveys, interviews, observations and assessments of the
target audience by the researcher directly for the research purpose.
Primary research is difficult to conduct because it requires a lot of resources, time and prior
information about the target audience or subject to conduct surveys or interviews or do any kind
of direct research related to the subject. Basically, in the primary research method, the researcher
has to build everything from scratch by finding all the building blocks by himself and then
joining them together to form a well enough dataset for the research to be fulfilled sufficiently.
Secondary Research
Secondary research means to look for existing data on the research project and benefit from it
instead of going around collecting the data again.
Secondary research means to look for the conventional research papers being published in the
annual conferences around the world and reference the data being published in them in your own
writing. With this method, you can easily learn about all the advancements being made on any
specific topic till now and build your research on top of all the available research instead of
reinventing the wheel. A concise and predetermined pattern of collecting, using and representing
data is used to write your research in a way so that other researchers can easily benefit from it.
These results are then being published on multiple platforms where most of the concerned public
can get it easily and use it in their own research. One major example of following this approach
is to host your research as open source projects on the internet so that anyone interested can use
it in either their research or in their professional fields. A huge number of professional
applications are being built on top of existing research projects available online for free. This

approach allows the academia to work in collaboration with the professional experts and join
their efforts in developing the living standards for better.

In this project, the second research method is being preferred over the primary research because
it opens up a vast area of research done by individuals from every domain of life. By using this
process, one can get help from all the available knowledge on the internet to collect, analyze and
develop his or her own research project which would then be helpful to others in future
generations. There are four types of secondary research methods available;
Internet Information.
Taking Results from Market Research.
Data available on company’s stock lists.
Information obtained from industrial or government national research reports.
Choosen research method in light of above methods, and our topic’s literature review, is
secondary research from data available on internet. A survey published conferences will be
conducted to gather and analyze data covering similar topics and similar methods.

The research project included the following major steps. All of the following steps, performed in
a sequence, help us understand the difference between different methodologies, why a single one
is preferred over another? How data is gathered and analyzed for the research purpose? How
does the implementation affect the stakeholders of the platform on which AI is being introduced
and how much it has impacted the real world after its introduction to the world?
Cost Dimensions Regarding Artificial Intelligence Impact on Innovative Technology
Particularly in high-labor cost countries like UK, US, Germany, Automation in the field of
technology and production, leads to significant reduction in labor costs. One Production working
hour of German industry cost 40 while on the other end, using AI integrated robots and
production machines costs about €5~ €8. Hence, an AI based robot is much cheaper than a
worker in China is. Moreover, AI integration in technology leads to more reliable industrial
environments as innovative machines never sleep, have children or any other related issues. This
aspect definitely going to improve annual profits of automation industries.
Ethical Dimensions Regarding Artificial Intelligence Impact on Innovative Technology
With an evergrowing fact-paced world’s technology, people have now started demanding more
ethical, simple, and reliable technologies but not with the loss of their jobs. For example, if an
accountant uses AI to extract data, he/she can do a large data extraction to perform more
complicated tasks in couple of minutes. This can be a positive ethic of AI on technological
development. However, if AI replaces human tasks in terms of more automation, it can be a
dangerous act towards economy of people. For example, spreading self-driving car-culture can
leads to minimize driver’s jobs, and in this way it can damage human life and economy.
Autonomous computer systems are now becoming more reliable due to 24/7 continous working
hours. Their accuracy is more than human and they cannot be disrupted by any fatigues. In
decision-making processes performed using AI, decisions can be made without emotions and on
the basis of facts. These all ethical improvements of using AI in technology suggests that jobs
are not minimizing but are shifting to another scenario, because behind every machine there must
be a human capital, so AI provides human with more reliable outcome-based work with much

less effort required. Following principles should be adopted to minimize ethical lapses in proper
implication of AI technologies;

Access Dimensions Regarding Artificial Intelligence Impact on Innovative Technology
AI is increasingly being built and adopted due to its simplicity of use and high access rate. It is
now being used in developed countries in everything they do from marketing to housing.
Accessibility in banking helps users to complete tasks with fewer issues than before as processes
are becoming more simpler and accessible. Biometric verification provided by banks is another
example of how accessible AI is becoming. People needs to understand this technology more and
be comfortable with its usage. Technologies like face and voice recognition needs to be evolved
and make their ways towards wider audience and they are already evolving. For example,
integration of features recognition apps in rehabilitative technologies and automative cars, makes
AI to positively impact disability life too. One of the main challenges is to make accessibility
matter to a wider audience and AI can do this. Rather than going to libraries and affording
expensive air tickets, AI will make all the documentation of world in accessible format for
everyone [5].

Keeping in view of our research question “what are the impacts of AI on technological
Advacements”, we have analyzed data using secondary research analytical tools and recorded all
data from ppublished conferences in a spread sheet and hence conclude impacts of AI in terms of
cost and ethical dimensions on different technological and research sectors. Below bubble graph
shows the analytics of AI impact sharing in technological advancements;

We used secondary data collection techniques to collect useful information from already
published researches on AI impacts on technology. It has following merits and de-merits;

What is the state of reproducibility from secondary research data?
This evaluation question is a basis of this research report. Previous conferences about AI impact
on technological progress of this world contain enough data to be presented as a secondary
research material. Previous research outcomes have been used to analyze our current hypothesis.
In order to evaluate current research methodologies, we maintained %age outcomes for each
step. 3.1% methods reproduced, 5% results reproduced. These values are very small as compared
to the 33.4% conferences recovered by Collberg while they had no contact with authors. It is first
and foremost a result of soe papers making impact of AI available. Results data was not
reproducible in the methods reproducible section, this research was based on similar or
supporting results, rather than identical, since certain findings were not that much deterministic.
What practices have seen an improvement in recent years?
There are considerable improvements in AI research methodologies since last two-three years.
The frequencies recorded for later instalments are much higher, but not high enough to make
considerable impact on research data.
What practices are encouraging reproducible research in AI?
We used theoretical data to encourage research about AI impact on technologies, but that method
was not reliable considering the lack of improvements in previous research questions about AI.
All of the questions are relative to each other and much identical. However, use of publicly
