invented in the seventeenth century. The invention of the steam engine changed the entire
scenario of getting the work done through human power. Steam engine outperformed and
replaced the human power and muscular strength with the new invention. The production
drastically increased with the invention of the steam engine. Not only the production but new
ways of getting the work done were introduced. The political system transformed with the
invention. Thus, the entire economy and political system responded to the invention of the steam
engine.
The same case can be taken for artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has the mental
capabilities of human beings. Artificial intelligence can work as a disruptive innovation while
replacing human thinking and analyzing capabilities. However artificial intelligence can create
wicked problems. In an organization, artificial intelligence can work with knowledge processing
and decision making in any department or unit. But wicked problems resulting as a consequence

analyzed. Finally, experimental methods must be used to overcome and eradicate wicked from
