is important as it helps to manage the entire activities of the company. Effective interpersonal
communication in the workplace emphasizes on the overall performance of the team.
Interpersonal communication helps to create positive environment in the workplace. It
has been seen that by communicating with each other employees can easily resolve their issues
and also it builds effective relations. If proper communication is there in the workplace then it
has been seen that employees can share their views and opinions with each other which will
help to maintain proper coordination in the workplace. Poor communication in the workplace
can lead to frustration and irritation within the employees (Trenholm, 2017).
Also, the negative impact can be analyzed on the overall productivity level of the
employees. It is necessary for the employees to communicate with each other so that proper
coordination can be maintained and also confidence level can be boosted. Therefore, it has
been seen that interpersonal communication helps to create positivity in the workplace.
