Background
 The project manager has prepared the project
management plan and has presented it to the
AIPM for approval.
 The AIPM board have approved on the
implementation of the project management
plan and the AIPM confirm that there will be
National conference in October 2019.
 The project manager will prepare the PMP and
send it to the client to check before
implementation.

Objectives
 The main objective of preparing PMP is to
precisely set out the plan for managing the
project.
 Also to make sure that the project progress is
clearly communicated to the project team,
stakeholders and clients (Delgado, Gurtner,
Tanner, Cook, Guichard, Bolic, Lillo, and
Cristobal, 2018).

Success criteria
 . The project success criteria for the project will
require that the project manager prepare the
project management plan following the guidance
from AIPM and as they prepare the project they
need to involve various stakeholders for approval
(Murrell, Piccard, and Mock, 2016).
 The achieve of the success criteria can be
measured through the response from the clients.

Scope
 The project is needed to take at least 6 months and
the project outcome is needed to meet the customers’
needs. The constraints the project will face are limited
resources.

 The project manager will be responsible for fulfilling
the crucial project roles and the AIPM will be
responsible for the project governance

Project approach
 The project is being approached using a
project approach technique, the risks are
identified using Assumption Analysis and can
be controlled by risk management experts.
 The project is being controlled by delivering
progress to the clients.
 Procurement activities are being
implemented through the guidance of the
procurement officer.

 The project manager will implement the project
(Weaver,2017)
 The project is needed to start on 12th October
2019 and ends on 12th June 2020. The key
meeting dates will be after one month
beginning from date 12th Nov 2019.
 The key decision will be done on the 12th
January 2020 where the project deadline will be
halfway.

Budget
 The budget of the project to completion is $
200.3 million. The budget will gather all the
processes for the project which includes
purchasing of project resources and paying of
the project team.
 The money is available to fulfill the success
criteria
 Also will assist in implementing the project
fully.
