Introduction
Aviation maintenance is considered to be the maintenance of the aircraft or the parts
of the aircraft, which is important for the aircraft. This is important for the company who is
operating in the aviation industry and the company needs to look after the parts of the aircraft
and maintain it properly so that it can be used during the time of emergency (Patankar &
Taylor, 2017). The company also possesses new parts as well so that they can replace it with
the older ones and the service can be continued in the process. This is necessary for the
organization to look after as they are the ones responsible for the safety of the passengers as
well as the members and pilots (Chiu & Hsieh, 2016). Therefore, it can be said that the
company that is given the responsibility of the maintenance should be responsible and
perform their task effectively.
Specific Area
This is an important area as they are the ones who look after the aircraft and check
whether the aircraft is safe to take off or not. The members in this area are responsible for the
safety of the passengers and that is the sole reason this makes them more responsible and
active in the process (Rashid, Place & Braithwaite, 2013).
Quality Requirement
The quality needs to be the best in terms of parts and also in terms of the employees.
This is so as the life of the passengers as well as their safety is dependent on this department.
This is the main reason the quality requirement is always on the higher side in this
department.
