need for the travel has increased as well, which in turn has increased our needs to travel across
the world. Here, we will discuss about certain technologies that are meant to enhance airline and
air cargo system.

Synopsis:
In this video, Alp Alim, the Director of Technology, says that the entire aviation industry
will be affected positively by the implementation of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine
Learning techniques. He says that the safety, efficiency, cost reduction and passenger experience
can be enhanced with the use of this technology.
He says that the operations can be made smooth, simple and seamless with the usage of
the machine learning and Artificial Intelligence technology. The cost of tickets will gradually be
lesser once the technology will be implemented. The maintenance charges of the AI devices are
much compared to the other technologies. Thus with the implementation of AI and ML will
reduces the overall cost of maintenance in the aviation sector.
AI uses predictive analysis for enhancement of the security in the aviation industry. The
faults that can disrupt the activities of the flight can be prevented with advanced techniques used

are well tended. The passenger experience can be improved by reducing the waiting time and

As a manger, I will really appreciate the idea of applying this technology in my airline
services as well. This is because; the airline industry is a customer centric industry. With the help
of the Artificial Intelligence, the experience of the customer increases. This results in the better
services to the customer. This is ultimately is a profit for the business. The reduced cost of
maintenance is another way in which the company can benefit with the technology. thus
implementation of the machine learning and AI in Our Airline services will be effective and
efficient for the company as well as its stakeholders.
