on online marketplace and hospitality service which is accessible through websites and mobile
apps. This report is going to identify number of opportunities and threats in order to assess
industry attractiveness. Additionally, analysing resources and key components of organisation so
that factors can be identified in competitive advantages. Moreover, adopting one strategy that an
organisation need to implement and evaluate it using SAFe criteria.
