management involves the formulation and implementation of plan for attaining better
competitive advantages (Dolnicar and Zare., 2020). In this the company is consider Airbnb is an
American company marketplace for lodging, primilarly and tourism activities.

Describe the scope in terms of target customers and along with what product and service
offering.
The scope of target customer for Airbnb company are tourists, travellers and peoples who
are seeking for rental house like outside guest. The product and service which they offer rental
houses and other accomodation services to tourists (Jiao and Bai, 2020). They usually target their
people group who are having willingness to pay rent with meet interesting people.
Illustrate the scope of Airbnb geographic location where they operates.
The scope of Airbnb company make determine their geographic location more than 191
countries in which 10,000 cities they provide their accommodation services at global level. They
majorly operates their business practises in Urban or rural areas with the age of 18-60 people
(John Dudovisky, 2019) .
