From the above discussion, it is clear that e- commerce has positive impact on business
activities of organisation. Majority of respondents have knowledge about e- commerce media to
perform business activities. Advantage of using e- commerce media is increment in sales, brand
value of AIRDRI GROUP with using e- commerce media. While dealing through online
measures to conduct business, there is use of some measures such as expertise knowledge,
security tools and techniques, etc. There are some factors which has to be considered by
managers such as security measures, customer satisfaction, et while using e- commerce sources.
There is requirement of some resources such as computer system, internet connection, etc. which
assist in performing business activities. There are some issues which face by AIRDRI GROUP
while operating through e- commerce media such as hacking of data, network blocking, etc.
Recommendations
As per collected data, there are some issues which affects performance of AIRDRI
GROUP while dealing through e- commerce media. Some recommendations are discussed as

There must be hiring of learned and trained individuals. With hiring such individuals,
working efficiency of overall AIRDRI GROUP increases. This also assist in creating well
professional environment in company which helps to achieve competitive environment in
industry and achieve long term suitability through e- commerce.
As there are regular changes taking place in e- commerce sites, then mangers of AIRDRI
GROUP must plan regular training and development program for employees. This helps
to keep knowledge of workforce updated so business activities are performed in best and
relevant manner.
In e- commerce buy and sales of products is through online media, so there must be fast
internet connection. Managers of AIRDRI GROUP must also plan for popular online
payment mode. This ease in conducting business operations through e- commerce
platform in fast and effective manner.
