In this slide I am going to discuss the airlines operational planning. The operational plans of the
airlines are the strategic plans which facilitate the short term ways to achieve the organizational
goals at the fiscal year period. The organizational plans in any of the organisations are the basic parts
for the justification and operations in the strategic plans. The airlines aimed for the prospective that
is for the future for meeting the expectation of the consumers as well as also for contributing to the
organizational success.
