In the beginning 3rd week I have scheduled to determine the goal of a project developed for
Getaways Travels which is a created system of the airline. The goal of this project is to create
and execute an online system for booking of flight tickets through an online medium that
facilitates the user in order to analyse the whole scheduling of available and upcoming
flights. The goal is to produce a website or an application making the flight booking simpler
for all passengers who mainly travel from 1 place to another. The goal even comprises of
several features which are determined and then delivered at the time of project performance
and an initial model is defined clearly for a system of airline along with defining the project
scope in running market. It even describes the procedure of its working along with the goals
regarding various methods for people attraction towards application or system developed so
as to gain maximum offered benefits. The main goal is to develop an application for airline
system that is designed to be reliable, user-friendly and user effective. The goal of the project
even determines different features possessed by airline system that delivers a satisfaction to
the customer by the fulfilment of their needs and desires. I have entirely focused on the
developed project and have made various strategies to accomplish goals decided for the
system.

In 4th week I have scheduled to determine several things that are required to be offered for the
development of an application. The application created facilitates several users to buy online
tickets of flights and enquire about different flight schedules. These things that are offered are
scheduled in such a way in order to make it user-friendly to book flights or purchase tickets
through online medium. I have scheduled to create a user option regarding which facilitates
user to make a request demanding a certain seat and favourite choice of food based services.
The designed application must even provide its user with the facility of enquiring different
schedule and flight status. I have scheduled to create such a system that even offers cab and
hotel booking facilities so that the user can easily accommodate a hotel and a cab for its
usage providing a convenient facility for them. I have even scheduled an application
development which proposes facilities for food booking for its passenger according to their
choice which they can choose at the time of booking their tickets as it asks for the food type.
Also, I have schedules the facility for the user to view all available flights and pick or book
the one which suits them the most along with this it even provides with a feature of
determining flights departure and arrival time to users. I have even scheduled with a facility
that the user can register with the defined application so as to directly make the payment via
E-payment facility granted to registered users.

In the 5th week, I have scheduled several tasks which describe the working scope of the entire
project along with its performance. The project's statement of work comprises of system
creation, planning and implementing it for booking made online for flight tickets that along
with an application even comprises of a database developed and associated with a proper
designing of it. The ongoing task of working in Getaways Travels is being defined and
decided entirely for this particular week. I even have isolated the Gateway Travel task in
different ways which are described as the initiation of project, scheduling, implementation,
controlling and maintaining and lastly closure. In order of these tasks initially, project
initiation occurs that discusses the entire idea of creating benefits of the project discussed.

In the 6th week, I have scheduled to segregate the duties that will be performed during the
project between all team members so as to accomplish the targets that are made effectively
and efficiently. The duties are divided into seven different types of members playing various
roles which are the manager of project and quality, a specialist in testing, developer, designer
of the user interface, manager of R&D and programmer. The role of manager of the project is
to coordinate with all its team members and their performing activities and further even
identifies the project associated risk. The quality manager has a role to meet all user
expectations in order to maintain the features of presented software applied in Getaways
Travels system. The specialist of testing plays a role in the better execution of the project
along with testing the efficiency and identifying bugs and resolving problems occurred in a
program. The developer enforces standard principles along with features of the department
that can better maintain quality and project speed. User interface designer generally develops
and designs different user interfaces that compare different designs of computer and its
reliability. The R&D manager generally maintains the qualitative and quantitative parts of
several projects which are later expressed to different clients. The programmers play a role in
the creation of a project in order for software development and assure that the created
software is user-friendly. In order to perform different functions, the duties are being divided
for better implementation and executing.

In 8th week I have scheduled to determine all risk that is associated with the proposed project
which generally occurs due to several team-related factors and its management. I have
examined that due to a team project different issues are arise in managing and planning a
meeting at a specific time which generally aim to gather all team members at a certain time
for fulfilling the targets. I have examined that various conflicts have occurred among
members of the team in order to reach a particular conclusion which leads to different delays
