Introduction
A paper plane usually refers to a toy aircraft which is usually made out of paperboard or
folded paper (Kelly, 2011). They are considered to be the simplest aircraft to build and fly.
Therefore students are able to learn the basics of aircrafts cheaply.
Objective
To find out the effect of design on the distances travelled by the paper plane.
Hypothesis
The Bumble paper airplane will fly the furthest distance due to its shape (Mitchell, 2017).
Materials and Procedure
The materials were Paper 20lb weight, clear tape, Masking Tape and a measuring Tape.
The procedures ware;
Carrying out a Research on paper airplanes.
Assembling all materials and equipment.
Measuring the hallways of my house.
Flying the airplanes inside the hallway to avoid wind.
Each paper airplane was to be flown thrice.
Measuring and recording the distance covered.

Conclusion.
In conclusion, the finds of the study were to be much better if there was a way to launch the
three different airplane at the same time. It was clear that there is a relationship between the
design and function of the airplane (Robinson, 2014). My hypothesis was incorrect since the
Bumble didn’t fly the furthest distance.
