regulations are essential in air transport to enhance accountability for the safety and wellbeing of
air travelers.
In my first six months of work in this post, I expect to develop strategies that will
increase customer satisfaction, eliminate the wastes of lean, improve the conformance to
international standards and gain competitive advantage. This will be done through application of
lean manufacturing across all operational departments and optimization of capacity utilization.
