management. In this report, the important standard and program which are required to make a
proper quality system depending upon ISO 9001 is outlined and documented.

Management buy-in and commitment
Quality manager at Airwet Ltd have in agreement about quality improvement which is to
be on the high priority while making different types of needles. They have also committed to
ensure that in order to get the higher quality product to customer they will be focusing on every
standard and program by every staff member and management team.
It is also observed that manager will attend the courses to improve the basic
understanding about quality assurance and will attain the enough skills and ability for continuous
quality improvement. It is focused that new quality principle and process documents about each
worker and trainee are regarding the usefulness of regular high quality services and satisfying
customer. This will also make sure that a proper and regular growth of quality compliance will
help company to reach the desired results in the meantime.

The main aim of Airwet is to manufacture the best suitable and durable needles for every
customer either professional or for home uses. The company make sure that each customer will
be satisfied with the material and quality used for manufacturing needles.

Manager of Airwet Ltd will make sure that each staff member has a proper and detail
description about their roles and responsible and they regularly communicate with QMS team
while becoming part of ISO 9001 registration. Different seminar to improve knowledge about
ISO 9001 will be held on regular gap of 3 months which help in reaching the desired results.
Appropriate Documentation
In businesses, it has been founded that proper documents are required by QMS in to make
necessary control on a specific project. The Gap analysis is implemented by the manager
determined the problem which have negative results. This help to implement higher standards
such as ISO 9001: 2015 that results in getting positive results. A detailed documentation process
