Al Ahly sports CSR prgrammes
Al Ahly sports club is a national sports club among the Egyptian sports registered clubs
which is located at Cairo (Tuastad 376). It is best referred to as the professional football club
which plays for the premier league in Egypt. It majorly deals with the football activity. It is the
top tier of the football club in Egypt league systems having the decorated club within Africa. The
club is under innovative CSR program which is aimed at making sure that the club meets the
worldwide football standards (Giulianotti 279). Through the innovative CSR programme, the
club has been the inability to come up with modern training to meet the high level of the
standards in the football field. The club has come up with different training fields which are well
decorated for the purpose of the professional training of the team’s members in the football
sports events. Through the sponsorship of the big companies such Tusker has given the club
much of the support for the advance in their technological methods.
The innovative programme in the club has enabled them to meet the standard required for
the national team. For being the African team which is well needed, the innovation of its team
management has enabled and gave it an opportunity to have the high-performance level

differently from any other African team. Through the high level of the innovation programme in
the club, it has met the standard to participate in the Olympic Games express a great level of the
competition to the opponents. The team management has come up with the well-trained coaches
who lead the club to a high level within the Africa and world (Dorsey 325). The team has come
up with the process of recruiting the team clubs team for the purpose of having a future strong
back up for the club. In the fact that club has been focused in much of the innovation
mechanisms for the purpose of developing the relationship with other nations t has been the best
club across Africa. The club has contributed to the economy of Egypt through winning of the
Olympic Games right from the year of 1920 (AlRumaihi et al 216). The team through innovation
has motivation has developed and learned from their failures. It actually lost for the period of 13
years but it learned where the mistakes could be and not it is well recognized and well-organized
club in Africa. The innovation has extended its hands in the club through having the management
sign the golden player who is from Hungary just through the fifties. The club had very rapid
growth in its management and through teamwork and all sorts of the innovative mechanisms it
made it to high-level standards (Babiak, Kathy & Richard Wolfe 717).
Recommended CSR prgrammes for Al Ahly sports
In my case, I recommend various ways through which the club will be able to break the
chain of tradition sponsorship as well as the alliances. The club now is very stable and I can
confidently say that it can support on its own. In fact, the club is the inability to support other
small clubs through the implementation of various CSR programmes. First of all the club should
be focused on the investment it is through the investment that the club will be having the
supporting finance for the process within the club to move in a smooth manner. There are so
many ways through the club should invest in. it can invest in other small teams within the

country by making sure there are series of other sub-clubs. The sub-clubs will be acting as the
supplement for the financial support of the team. It through the team members who need to join
the sub club have a fee to pay. This fee will be financial support for the big club and it will have
to be a stable part from helping the upcoming team members. The club should implement a
strategic goal for each year and months. They should be focused on making sure that play within
their grounds. This will reduce the cost of their operation. Many of the national teams find it so
hard to rise up simply because they have to hire for the ground for them to have a match held.
The club should be involved in the concentration process in which it has its goals and strategies
set for the benefits of the club.
It is important for the team to have the coaches from the big clubs such as Chelsea for the
purpose of the team training and building. This will make sure that the Al Ahly sports club feel
attached to and appreciated for their work. Another programme that I propose to be implemented
is the motivation of the players. Actually, the players in the Al Ahly sports club should be well
treated for them to feel at home and well recognized. Apart from much of the training of the team
members, they should be given another special treatment so that they can feel at least in a place.
The treatment can be divided into physical treatment, medical treatment, financial care of the
players and psychological guidance (Lund-Thomsen et al 201). In the matter concerning the
psychological guidance, the sports are well known for its psychological stress. It is, therefore, the
mandate of the team management to have the guidance for the players in the club. The healthy
treatment is another core factor to be considered since the players are a human being and are
prone to the diseases. It is therefore important for the team managers to have the health
management and application of all means to have the team in a good condition actually it is the
need of the training management to makes sure the environment for the players is safe and well

treated. It is through implementing all these CSR programmes that the Al Ahly sports club will
