projects of varied class and concepts (almouj.com 2020). The company is an award winning
organization with exclusive designs and high quality assets like marina, a golf course and
club, international hotels, and residential and retail projects (almouj.com 2020).
Aims
The aims of the company is to be the topmost real estate company of Oman and earn a
global respect as one of the world’s leading real estate developers.
Objectives
The company can achieve its aim through the implementation of a master plan that
will help to develop the best projects with the use of technological features.
Report Cover
The report will be covering the details of Al Mouj Muscat and also the details of the
problems that the company faces as of now.
Problem Statement
The development of real estate business across Oman has gained speed and therefore
the management of the company has planned quite a number of world class projects that will
reflect and present different engineering marvels (almouj.com 2020). However there have
been major issues in the recent past that has plagued the company. The most important issue
that has been bothering the management of the company has been the preservation of the
environment and the maintenance of the proper ecological balance in these projects.

bothering the management of the business for quite a long time now. . The most important
issue that has been bothering the management of the company has been the preservation of

necessary standards and address the deficiencies in environmental concerns (Shen Zhang and
Long 2017). Thus this opens up the space for a better implementation of the technological
innovations and develop the projects in a much systematic and professional manner (Shen
Zhang and Long 2017). Some of the technologies will be implemented in the new project
titled AL Mouj Marina which is definitely one of the best projects that will be constructed by
the management of the company. The analysis of the problems and the implementation of the
technologies is the main aims of this particular analysis. This will help the research to be
compact and informative.
Conclusions
The report here presents a clear picture of Al Mouj projects and the issues that have
been faced by the management of the organization for quite some time. The organization is in
search of technical solutions to the current issues which can help them to ensure the
