Project overview
The paper mainly focusses on the launching of childcare products within “Alaron”
which generally engages in manufacturing personal care products. In order to expand the
business, the higher authority of the organization wants to launch some childcare products for
the children who are below the age limit of five. In order to launch the childcare products, the
organization develops a plan for estimating the cost and time for launching the products.
In this paper, project plan for the event is created and as per the plan, the time that is
needed for launching the project will be around 36 days. It is found that budget of $ 40,240 is
