1. Brainstorming potential risk associated with the project
The potential risk associated with Alaska fly fishing expedition are listed below
1.1. Losing the direction due to malfunction of the navigation device and reaching remote point
can scare the travelers riding on the boat.
1.2. Shortage of the fuel or gas for riding the boats due to inaccuracy of the calculation for the
needed fuel and cause get stuck in the middle and face serious problems.
1.3. Extreme weather conditions causing risk to lose lives and injuries and it may result in
crashing of the flight and boats and cause life risk of the travelers.
1.4. Sickness and injuries due to extreme weather condition causing impact on the project and
causing increase in the cost
1.5. Attack from bear causing threatening injuries for the team members.
