different tools and technologies like internet, mobile application, email, computers, web
conferencing etc., people and make communication with individual of across world. This written
document is based on a global communication tool mobile application which is developed by
Baptist Care Company. Thus corporation offer heath, childcare and accommodation services to
children and retirement and old age people. The document will consist of information about the
brief description of app, reason of development of app, cost analysis, benefits of this tool,
infrastructure requirement in term of developing and framing it. Further, the report the report
would be will describing about internationalisation of application, risk management, change
management, maintenance, and future growth option of this mobile tool.
Background
Baptist Care is a leading non-profit organisation that offer services and work for children,
retirement people and old age individuals. The venture was incorporated in 1972 in order to
provide suitable accommodation and nursing care for the old age people. The respective
company is service provider that takes care of children out of home care, disability support
services, homeless, youth education and employment, NDIS and employment. There are 1200
skilled and well qualified professional employees and more than 300 volunteers that are all
dedicating to operating the business of the venture in term of transforming and enriching the
lives of the individual and offering them homecare and medical services (Ding, Han and Sindi,
2018). Now these days the use of technology is increase so the respective venture also feel the
requirement to develop an application by which they can make direct contact with their clients,
provide information about services and protract their data on cloud. With the help of this app the
service delivery manager can also look after clients centric data management outsources services
and tracking the records and updates the top management about daily practices. The project is
relating to development of an app “Alaycare mobile app” through which people can get
information about organisation’s new and existing services and make direct communication
regarding any kind of issues and problems.

Proposed solution
The organisation face the problem of lack of efficiency and service improvement, lack of
innovation, lack of real time information’s and lack of end to end focus. Due to this, the
management of the company is unable to understanding customer, their needs and empower the
front line. Apart from this, the venture is also not able to take the feedback from consumers due
to lack use of technology and innovation, which influences the business of the company in
unfavourable manner (Percy, 2018). So, to deal with these kinds of complexities and issues, the
service manager of the respective organisation to organisation this kind of project like
developing an mobile app. By developing and creating this type of application, the enterprise can
make direct interaction with its clients in term of real time connections and live communication.
Apart this, the application is cloud based which help is storing customers, employees and
business information and securing in long time. By utilising this tool, the organisation can
transfer data to office back end. One of the major problem is faced by client is that some
application work on either iOS or Android. However, this mobile application is built in a manner
