• The Albury council no longer provides the
immunization services. Thus, the new team to be
formed must collaborate with the local hospitals and
doctors that work autonomously.
• The second collaboration will be with the health
departments in Albury (Albury Wodonga aboriginal
health service) (Awahs.com.au, 2018).

To increase the cancer screening rates the following collaborations will be
done
• The cancer care institutes and the cancer care centers are the prime
collaborators.
• The second collaboration will be done with the Albury Wodonga Cancer
Foundation and Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Center.

• The first collaboration will be with the city

• Framing of the goals and objectives
• Providing the goals and objectives to the local hospitals and the local
councils
• Framing of the clear goals for a particular period of one year.

• The collaborations will be made in a phased manner.
• The first collaboration will be made with the city councils,
local hospitals, autonomous doctors and the health care
institutes

• Proper allocation of the budget so that the objectives and goals can be achieved
within the stipulated time.
• The budget allocation will be entirely funded by the state governments and the
city councils.
• The city council of Albury will does not conduct the immunization program. Thus,
other organizations will be moved into the process
