Artifacts or resources utilized:
Alcohol Screening is used for each and every individual to assess the extent of their own alcohol
consumption and its effects on daily life. The revelation is of tremendous usage for the addicts to
overcome their addiction.
Magazine and Articles , the club circulates journals and magazines written by its past members
and their own experience of alcohol addiction, the phrases of overcoming it and a list of
medicines that can help the members in the process.
Education and Brief Sessions are common to induce the members in living a healthy life
without the daily, frequent and heavy consumption of alcohol.
Special Support Services for people who are suffering from psychological conditions like
hallucinations and restlessness and therefore in dire need of experts’ guidance for the prevention
of alcohol abuse and leading a proper social life.
Leader’s Style:
The leader should be people oriented in order to influence his/her members who look up
to their leaders. The person should be able to maintain a consistent approach which would
provide the patients with a supportive environment where they will eel secured to come out of

their shells and address the issues. As a facilitator the person should be able to create for an all

Areas of Improvement:
The group can be more focused on introverted and self engrossed individuals and
prompting them to take part in group activities for faster recovery.
Reflections:
As a facilitator I would need to address the insecurities of members participating and
understand the group dynamic in order to facilitate better communication. Flexibility is another
key aspect.
