 Alcohol is considered to be an antidepressant by many people thereby playing an
important role in the relaxation and addressing of issues related to mental health
disorder thereby leading to positivity in mood with respect to the emotions of people.
 The negative effects of alcohol imply the detrimental impact over a person thereby
resulting in aggression at a huge level which may subsequently lead to violent acts. It
also results in mental health disorders in some people thereby leading to various kinds
of anxiety and depression
 Regular drinking of alcohol may also result in the impediment in the day to day
activities in professional and personal life thereby leading to the damaging of various
kinds of relationships to a massive level. As a result, a person addicted to alcohol has
the possibility of encountering a huge amount of problems
 Apart from issues relating to mental health, the physical health of a person may also
have a detrimental impact such as the damaging of liver. Such an aspect has a high
possibility of triggering the negative emotions of a person. Additionally, it would also
lead to various other kinds of ailments with regard to the human body.
 Moderation in terms of alcohol consumption is necessary as alcohol leads to mix of
both positive and negative effects with regard to alcohol. Beers and Wines are less
harmful in comparison to spirits as far as various kinds of alcoholic drinks are
concerned.
 The drinks popularly known as alcopops are also becoming popular as observed from
the current trends. Such kinds of drinks imply the fruit drinks which contain a very
marginal amount of alcohol. Such drinks are considered as alternatives to alcohol by a
huge number of people.
