ALDI and similar store offer different customer experience as ALDI is a well established
company that is providing various kinds of products and services to its potential customers. This
is supermarket store that is effective for meeting different kinds of needs of customers. The
products and services that is offered by ALDI company can not be offer by other similar store so
this will lead to provide different customer experience (Zulkifli, Rahmalisa and Aldi, 2022). It
has been determined that customer experience is crucial part for an organisation and this will
lead to affect the performance or functioning of business. the business model that is offered by
ALDI would not work with other industries. ALDI company is conducting its business practices
in retail market area it is offering different kinds of products or services to customers. Five
examples includes ALDI company is able to successfully understand the needs and requirements
of customers. It is able to successfully understand the value proposition of the business. It is able
to identify the customer and segments in which customers create more values relative to
competitors. This company is able to focus on investment on the most valuable customers.
Question 2 – What are the sacrifices customer have to make in order to have access to this
shopping experiences?
There are different types of sacrifices that customer have to make in order to have access to
the shopping experiences. Customer has to travel very far in order to reach shopping centre. This
is very time consuming practice which will lead to affect individual customers. Due to far
travelling to shopping centre customers will be not much interested in the going to shopping and
this will lead to negatively affect the shopping experience of the customers. It has been
determined that personal interest can be consider as one of the other crucial element that could
lead to affect the individual shopping experience (Aldi, 2022). In the small store customers will
not be able to find required product as well as different varieties of products or services. This
will lead to create more issues or hassle for the customers and they will not be able to full fill
requirements. It is essential for company to provide effective services and goods to customers in
order to increase their experience while shopping (Milledge and et.al., 2022). Brand value and
awareness will lead to have major impact in order to increase customer stratification level as well
