for generating maximum revenue of an organization.ALDI is one of the retail organizations
which is having number of branches in distinct continents and still wanted to expand their
business more or more (Dahanand et. al., 2010). This association offers necessary products to the
desired consumers such as; grocery items, clothes, food sources etc. Therefore, now company is
planning to open their store in China also, as currently it has only online presence in China.
Thus, this assignment is going to highlight the main aims and objectives of an organization as
well as throw lights on project management plan of ALDI with the help of several elements.
Furthermore, correct recommendation is also outlined in the project on the basis of data analysis.
