Introduction
Digital technology has made an impressive change in the business activities and thus many
business sectors have been amazingly improved in terms of business performance. Digital
technology has changed the business sector in terms of innovation. It made different kinds of

process at comparatively lower cost than the labor cost. Here, in this study ALDI, a retailer has
