ALDI company is one of the top leading company who are selling their product in 20
different countries. This company is successful in the retail market and their different
departmental function make this company successful. They all have different role in the
company, and they all are interlined with each other. Default any of the department can affect the
companies other department which can also affect on the profit of the ALSI company. This
important for the company to run their every department properly, so they can achieve success in
their business and gain competitive advantages. Here are some functions and department of the
organization-
Marketing
Marketing is work to promote product of this company so customers can aware about the
product, and they can use those products to satisfy their needs and their demands. It is important
for the company to have strong marketing team who should have knowledge of the market, and
they are capable to research market for ALDI company to expand their business and show their
presence in the market. They also collect the information related to the market where company
can have opportunities to expand their business, and they also use marketing tools to advertise
their products.
Finance
Finance department of the ALDI company run by the finance manager who are
responsible to provide proper sources of the finance and make budget for the companies other
department run their activities (5 Major Functions of Human Resource Management.2017).
Finance manager have proper knowledge of the finance, and they make proper plan about the
finance that where they should borrow the funds and how much they should borrow from the
market. They also control the flow of cash in the companies workplace and ensure that other
departments are using proper financial resources or not. Without having finance company cannot
run their activities.
Production department
production department of the company is responsible to produce good and services for
the ALSO company. They take information from the marketing team according to the research
one by the marketing team, and they develop their product and give them design which can
attract the customers of the particular market. They have to develop the product if any of the

product have some defaults. Production team have to find the defaults and develop product
according the defaults and make better product for the customers which can satisfy their demand.
Human resources department
Human resource department of the ALDI company is responsible to recruit new
employees so company can have strong team of the employees (Finance Manager and the
Finance Function in Business Sustainability.2017). After the recruitment of the employees HR
manager of the company produced them training where candidates learn skills which are needed
to perform job in the company. They also run many HR practices for the employees so they can
keep motivated and performs better in the workplace. Hr department of the company manager
the activates of the employees, and they also make polices related the employees and provide
their rights.
