INTRODUCTION
Human resource is the process of developing the new ideas, training and development which
are very beneficial to the employees as well as the organization also. The team of the HR is
playing a different role for the organization. This report is going to be ready for the roles and
responsibilities of the organization. How they are handling this, what are the current situation.
What kinds of he problems and the concern raised in the organization. There are the multiple
or various kinds of the task can be formed for the organization. HR will provide the training and

OVERVIEW
This is the report of the HRM where the discussion will happen about all the function of the
HRM which is relevant to the ALDI organization. ALDI is the organization which is selected for
completing this assignment. The ALDI is the supermarket in Germany and most part of the
European. In German, every town and the village have an ALDI shop near the market. This is the
most popular in the area of German. The number of the shop in German is 4,100 and in the
worldwide 7,600, this is the biggest brand. This is also having the nickname which is related to
the ALDI that is Albrecht-Discount (Sunman, 2012).

PURPOSE OF THE HRM
There are various factors for the purpose of the HRM which are mention below:
STAFFING NEEDS: - HRM is the process of hiring the candidate for a suitable job. In staffing
needs, it is controlling their employees. The HRM team is also responsible for relocating the
employees as per the requirements of the organization.
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL: - This is the process of increments in the salary of the employees.
It related to the work of the emloyees during a period. In this HR team will maintain the data of
all the employees.
LAW COMPLIANCE: - In every business, there are the legislation policies, which should be
following by the organization as per the law. The employees feel safe in the organization with
the help of the legislation policies.
FUNCTION OF THE HRM
There are the two types of the functions in the HRM Managerial and Operative which are
mention below:-
MANAGERIAL FUNCTIONS
PLANNING. Planning is very helpful for the employees as well as for the managers because
there are the various responsibilities towards the organization. By the planning, no one gets fail
in their work or anything else planning means think before doing (Ehnert, 2014).

DIRECTING:-This is the process of leading the employees in the organization towards their goals

CONTROLLING:-After discussing the points this is the last point, where managers and the
leaders are controlling their weak zones of the organization. There are the various activities
which should takes place in the organization.
OPERATIVE FUNCTION
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION:-The candidate is gets the entrance throw this process, by this
process the organization gets the new employees for the organization.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:-In the organization the different activities takes place for the
different purposes in the organization. Training and Development is also develops the new skills
to the employees.
REWARD SYSTEM:-This process can motivates the employees, by this the employees can
improve the work style, performance for the future in the organization. This is the part where
the employees get the award for their performace.

ALDI organization is also higher the candidate through these processes only. The first process is
employee referrals where the recruiter verifies the performance of the existing employees. This
process also gives the many chances to the organization as well as to the candidate also. The
second process is for the recruitment and selection is the campus where the multiple options
will be there for selecting the talented and skilled candidate. This also gives the Youngers
