leader in the market. There are involved various socio-cultural implications faced by the
managers in executing the business between Australia and China. The cultural differences are
faced by the managers which interfere with the completion of the successful business
projects. The problems faced by the managers in terms of the planning, control, performance
improvements and the appraisals, etc. (Thomas & Peterson, 2017). There are also involved
the issues in the basic human resource management. the coordination between the activities
of the stores located in Australia and China is a difficult task. Further, the problem related to
the costs management is also involved with the managers to complete the business operations
and the activities. The distances are also involved in terms of the time management as it is
one of the factors which affect the business operations in both Australia and China.
However, these differences are successfully overcome by the Aldi and its managers perform
the business operations in a smooth manner. The reason for the business success is its global
