Introduction
Human resource manager plays an important role in an association to recruit and select an

appropriate individual at the workplace. Whenever any position went vacant HR manager assist

in fulfilling such a position with the skilled candidate. This project will be going to describe

information regarding ALDI a famous Australian retail company with a provision of quality

products and services. At ALDI, marketing manager position is vacant for which HR enable in

recruiting the relevant individual to establish a new marketing team. For this various documents

will prepare so that such position get fulfilled. This report will include policies and procedure

information regarding recruitment and selection, job description, consultation, an action plan for

conducting induction and recruitment process. All these will be going to discuss in undertake
