Project background
Globalisation has played a crucial role in leading many established multinational
companies to sell their respective products and services in the globalised market. It
has influenced and developed an international market strategy to operate on a global
scale (Mowforth and Munt, 2015). It has successfully integrated different companies
to do business together that has increased the global interactions and enabled
international ideas, culture and trade with in different market place. The influences to
cultural awareness, global co-operation and economic independencies have shown
significant promotion by the concept globalisation. To gain a successful business
model and show emerging ideas to collaborate, this project management has taken
a well-known shoe manufacturer – Aldo as the company (Aldoshoes.com, 2019).
The project concerns to create a recognisable market brand that is summer shoes in
order to compete the bigger shoe brands present in the global market. The team
signifies to launch an event during London Fashion Week in order to sell the product
to well-known industry representatives that to be held from 16th-20th Feb 2019.
Project Aims
The project aims to create a new market brand showing new summers shoes and to
launch an event to sell the product to major industry representatives in London
Fashion week 2019.
Project Objectives
Project objectives are a direct approach to show the overall performance indication
and work as an indicator to gain the project deliverables in a positive way. It ensures
the project success and the plan meeting its core purpose (Harrison and Lock,
2017). The following are the project objectives determined by the project design
manager.
 To create a new brand summer shoe design in the market, therefore, to compete
