As per above development plan I get aware about my inner strength and weakness which
is helpful for me to overcome all the issues which are coming at the time of completing my task
and activities. Development plan is useful in attaining personal and professional objectives in
minimum duration. As per plan I have to enhance my confidence level by taking part in various
programmes and sessions as well as attend different counselling classes. Apart from this I know

Starbucks which required different business aptitudes. Aside from this I have diverse qualities
