HACASE
HACASE refers to simple and versatile framework which is effective for session
designing and delivery. It include designing and delivering of teaching or training for healthcare
professional that can expected to teach other healthcare professional. This may include
confidence for the vital aspect of their role (Chung and et. al., 2022).
It includes Hook, aims and learning outcome, content, assessment, summary and
evaluation. This is a constructive alignment which is effective and can help to deliver proper
education to healthcare professional. H represents Hook which is designed to focus on learner
attention and help to engage them in the subject matter. A includes Aims and Learning Outcome
that should be included by the learner to achieve and complete the session. C represents Content
includes the educational session for learning activities constructively aligned for learner for
achieving their outcomes. A represents Assessment includes content delivery within session that
have positive learning outcome (Nguyet Nguyen and et. al., 2020). S represents Summary help
the session learner to understand session progression and participate effectively. It can provide
final reminder for learner nurses where it can use to help healthcare professional to improve the
learning and memory. E represents Evaluation that includes the maintaining and improving
quality of learning experience which are highly important for the professional development of
educator. It includes different evaluation technique for combining qualitative and quantitative
(Nguyet Nguyen and et. al., 2020).
HACASE (Hook, Aims & learning outcomes, Content, Assessment, Summary,
Evaluation) framework for session design and delivery. Here, summary has been chosen for
the reflection. Here, it includes the summary of the educational teaching session. Where I have
provided better teaching sessions to the learner nurses which are associated with taking care of
effective learning to nurses. I have used the session plan and implement it more effectively
which allows me to improve better caring of effective response towards delivery of education to
learner nurses. I have chosen this topic because there is high negative health impact on the large
population where nursing staff should have the information that can help them to apply in their
service delivery and enable them to take care about the use of their knowledge regarding topic to

help other to fight against the health consequences (Bauchner and et. al., 2020). I have chosen to
do this because it allows to get better improvement in the leaning about effective response which
are associated with taking care of patient health. I have decided to delivery educational session to
learner nurses because there this topic is highly necessary and every nursing staff should have
the proper information that can help patient to reduce the risk of life-threatening issues where
applying knowledge and skills can help nursing staff to effectively manage it without any type of
negative health impact (Barnesā€Daly and et. al., 2018).
After apply the session plan which I have made to deliver the effective response towards the
delivery of knowledge about the topic and use session plan to educate learner nurses to improve
their knowledge and learning that can enable them to apply those in their practices to provide
better positive result and to apply effective management strategy (Bland and et. al., 2019). I have
managed through applying differ theory that help me to provide better use of information that
help to guide learner nurses to learn which can be used during nursing practices. I have learned
that there is need to provide better education which can allow to improve the nursing skills and
knowledge and allow to apply in the practices. Through sharing knowledge about getting well
which is related with relevant health issues (Al Danaf and et. al., 2018).
To deliver effective education, I have used different education theory that was effective and
allow to provide better learning about effective response towards the knowledge within learner
nurses. I have used different education theory and applying those during educational teaching
session allow me to also improve my knowledge about the topic and also help to improve better
learning about effective response to the learner nurses (Fujii and et. al., 2019).
Critical appraisal
I need to provide the learning and educating about the effective response which was
associated with delivery of better and effective response towards educational aspect. Here, I have
the education aspect to aware about the understanding and knowledge about the provided topic
which can influence about effective response towards delivery of better and effective response
which are associated with taking care to provide better service delivery. Here, I have applied the
pedagogy approach which is effective method which includes in the teaching practice which
include feedback along with assessment. I have used the social constructivism where it includes
the two priorities that may include teacher guided and student centred. It implies that learning is
a collaborative process which includes teacher as well as student. It includes the SMART goal

which is effective and help to get better teaching practices. This also includes This includes get
organised and should be achievable that include honest assessment including collaborative work
that allow me to provide better teaching to them. Here, education aspect is to enable learner
nurses to improve their knowledge and learning which can allow to implement them in their
service delivery which are associated with taking care to improve health outcomes. I have used
the session plan which allow me to delivery better teaching session to learner nurses to improve
their knowledge and learning that can allow to get better care about effective response which are
associated with taking care of improved service delivery. There is high importance of the
educational aspect which allow to get better and effective learning and education to learner
nurses which are effective and allow to get better care about the effective response that
associates with different strength, weaknesses and various challenges that are associated with the
chosen aspect (Halterman and et. al., 2019).
Strength
It allows me to educate learner nurse to improve their knowledge and provide better learning
that can have high positive impact during delivering their healthcare services to wide range of
patient.
It also allows to improve their skills which can be used to apply those during their service
delivery that help to lead in effective response towards the patient health (Liu and et. al., 2021).
It has also strength that it allows me to apply my session plan more effectively to guide and
teach learner nurses to get better and effective response in health issues.
Weaknesses
It is time taking process and every learner nurses are not able to use those learning due to
working in different field and have less opportunity to get in contact with normal patient or any
patient with such type of health issues.
These session plan create some limitation in delivery of knowledge and understand about the
topic which restrict me due to not teaching practically (Motycka and et. al., 2018).
These are also creating the situation in providing better care and support to patient where
learner nurses should ensure to improve their learning.
Challenges
I have also face some challenges that create high impact in creating high negative impact on
the learning session. During delivering of education to leaner nurses, it restricts me to effectively
