INTRODUCTION
Business consultation is defined as ways in which the consultation can be done for
improvement in the methods of the business (Walker and et.al., 2020). Allsee Technology is the
digital signage company which helps on providing technology services and products to
customers.
The report will analyse that Allsee Technology faced many issues and problems among
which one of the major is supply chain disruption. The importance of competitors, target
customers, market and external environment factors will also be described in detail. Along with
this, top three issues which company faced will be also described and why they are ranked as top
three.

1.Clarifying who the client is and summarizing the problem which they are facing
Background of the client – Allsee Technologies is a digital signage company which deals in the
providing the facilities of the digital usage to the customers or the users. It was established in
2007 and since then it has been growing globally. But now, Allsee Technologies is facing many
problems due to the corona virus.
Client Problem – There are some of the major issues and problems which the company is
facing. This has been indicating that there are issues and problems which Allsee Technologies
has been facing at large scale. The problems which majorly the company faced were supply
chain issues and worldwide lack of Central Processing Unit (CPU’s) (Kozina, 2021). This has
created problem for the company as supply chain difficulties have become major aspect of
concern for the company and due to this they are facing issues in working of how effectively and
in proper manner the improvements can be made in supply chain so that the processing and the
functions of the digital systems in not affected. But due to problem of failure of supply chain
management which the company is facing the services of Allsee Technologies have been
affected and this is making the process of how the company is undertaking its functions at large
scale. The supply chain is the problem which is also affecting the other functions and processes
of the company at large scale (Be The Business, 2021).
Due to the difficulties and problems which the company is facing, there have been effects
of the other systems which have been facing difficulties due to Corona Virus. Along with this,

there were many other difficulties which the company was facing and this created havoc as to
how the processing of the digital technology can be improved by initiating the measures of
technology at large scale. It became very important for Allsee Technologies to cope up with the
difficulties by improving them as they were leading to downfall in the business and the growth
and development in the business became difficult (Martínez-Caro and et.al., 2020). The company
is currently facing the issue of supply chain facilities which is affecting the services of Allsee
Technologies. Therefore, to solve the problem and the issue of Allsee Technologies it is very
important that the company ensures that all the aspects of growing in the digital world are taken
into consideration with improvement of the functions and services at large scale. Allsee
Technologies is also working towards creating the pathways to cope up with the loss which they
have faced due to Corona Virus. The drop in the sales made the company decided upon framing
the aspects of growth and development which will help in growing effectively.
2. Critically analyzing and presenting areas of importance to the client which are – competitors,
target customers, market and influencing factors from the external environment
Industry Analysis – The detail analysis of the industry is done by analyzing and presenting
areas of importance which are evaluating the competitors, target customers, market and
influencing factors from the external environment which are described as –
Competitors – There are various competitors in the market of Allsee Technologies but the
important and surprising part is that due to slow functioning of its competitors the company has
been able to grow and develop more. The competitors slowed down because of either shutting
down completely or laying off staff. Allsee Technologies produced effective products and had
pricing very appropriate (Crick, 2019). The company bought some innovative products to market
and also had strong relationships with suppliers in the market they were able to compete strongly
with competitors. The company was not affected by rising prices of the raw materials and this
did not push up the prices. While most of competitors had to increase prices during the past
months. This became easy for the Allsee Technologies to compete in the market as they came
out to be strong competitors.
Target Customers – Several new products were launched for the customers which engaged them
to the services and products of Allsee Technologies. The research and development of the
company has captured some new customers in the market which have created value for the

products and services that the company has been serving them (Çitilci and et.al., 2020). Allsee is
helping the customers find their solutions at large scale and this is creating value of their
products and services at large scale. The main aim of the company is that it is keeping the
customers satisfied which are helping the business to grow and develop more at large scale.
Customers are also satisfied with the services and products which the company is serving at large
scale. Therefore, the customers are targeted by analyzing the market situation and the trends
which the company is following.
External environment is analyzed with the help of PESTEL Analysis which is described
below –
PESTEL Analysis – PESTEL analysis is done for Allsee Technologies so that different factors
are being analyzed. These are described as below –
Political – There were some Brexit related concerns which the company faced at large scale.
This made the political instability for the concern (David, 2019).
Economic – Due to the furlough scheme which was created by the company, finance was
affected and this created misbalance in the economy due to Covid.
Social – Customers are more willing to buy the products and services of Allsee Technologies as
they are satisfied with the company.
Technology – As the company deals in digital base, they have been affected by the newer
technologies which are there in the market (Anggraini and et.al., 2020).
Environmental – The company is dealing with the retail environment therefore is taking concern
of all major steps which are to be taken into consideration.
Legal – There are strict government policies and regulations which are analyzed for the Allsee
Technologies.
3. Top three issues that client is facing and why these are ranked as top three
The top three issues which Allsee Technologies is facing are –
 The supply chain problems due to Covid – 19.
 The sale which went down by 50%.
 Lack of Central Processing Units (CPU’s).
These are the three main issues which the company is facing currently. This has created major
loopholes and the working patterns of the company have been affected at large scale due to the

supply chain disruptions (Bär and et.al., 2018). The main aim of the company is that it has been
facing these issues at large scale. These are some of basic problems which have been affected at
large scale in manner that the company is now more concerned towards changing some of
patterns at large scale by considering the aspect of growth and development. These issues made
the working and processing of the company difficult which created the problem in complying
and framing of the strategies at large scale. The firm also faced several hurdles in its growth
which made the aspects of how the company is taking the issues and problems to be solved at
large scale. The pandemic also affected the sales and profits of Allsee Technologies which made
difficulties in knowing what measures are to be taken to solve the issues and problems in a
smooth manner. Lack of CPU’s was also the major concern of the company as the company is
dealing in providing the digital technology facilities to the users and the lack of CPU’s in the
company made the functioning and processing more difficult.
There were also sweltering job markets, particularly in the IT industry (Bressanelli and
et.al., 2019). And due to this major concern the main issue was also raised that it became very
necessary for the company to save the company from going into the loss. This became very
important at that time to solve the issues which were created at large scale. Therefore, Allsee
Technologies created and framed such strategies at large scale in knowing that the company is
taking concern of all major changes and modifications which are required for the growth and
development so that they can grow digitally at large scale and can compete with the other
companies in an effective and efficient manner. Also, the issues are top three issues as they are
more likely to be solved towards which Allsee Technology is working.
CONCLUSION
Thus, it is concluded form the above report that Allsee Technology faced many issues and
problems among which one of the major was supply chain disruption. The importance of
competitors, target customers, market and external environment factors were also described in
detail. Along with this, the other top three issues which company faced were also described and
discussed at large scale in effective manner and why they were ranked as top three was also
reasoned.
