perform human relations role to make a happy and healthy environment in the workplace. In the
case of Rebecca, she was completely depended on the human relations theory to perfectly
interacting within different managers and senior executives in the various conducted meetings.
According to these all mentioned factors, this human relations theory also has applicable in the
current case of general manager Rebecca.

always required to play different effective roles within its workplace for achieving very

department stores is able to manage different functions and roles in very perfect manner.

business which will diffidently guava great contribution in the development of this business. For
example; conduct meeting with different managers of department and settling dispute between

2017). By playing these all role, Rebecca not able to provide very huge profit margins to All

and more effective. With the support of her managerial abilities, there are executives of All
styles department stores able to generate very high revenue in the market. According to this
theory, upper manager or general manager of a business has always required to solve and settle
disputed between various employees and disarmament, because disputes always negatively affect
to all over performance of a company. So that, there is Rebecca is fully efficient to do this.
That’s why this theory of management is completely applicable in the case of Rebecca.
