The method adopted for tendering process in Alpha Catering include the
following:
 In the first step, the client contacts the company with the basic details about the event
that is going to take place. In this stage, the client may or may not be specific about
the menu that will be offered during the time of the event ("FAQs - Alpha Catering -

 Based on this data, Alpha Catering comes up with an idea about the event and a rough
idea of how the catering services in the event would turn out, including listing of all
