Executive Summary
This paper has been designed in order to provide significant information to the training manager
of Aluminium Bahrain regarding the post-proposal and answer of the questions in the checklist.
It is essential to fill the identified gap between the actual performance and expected performance.
The post-proposal checklist has been designed in order to provide an insight into the gap
between actual performance as well as the expected performance. And based on it, the expected
performance can be increased with the help of suitable and appropriate strategies.
One of the staffs has been sent in order to analyze the condition and fill the gap. As the designed
proposal did not produce the desired result, there is a need to identify the reasons for failure. One
of the proposals which have dual objectives failed to produce the desired result. The proposal
was lengthy and complicated and hence did not attract the readers to read. Hence, it was quite
tough to convince the potential clients to purchase the products of the organization. The potential
clients were not able to understand the proposal due to the structure of that proposal. The
organization made a mistake by including two goals in one proposal that made it complicated.
Apart from one proposal with dual objectives, all the others proposals were very effective in
catching the attention of the readers and hence convincing the readers to purchase the product of
the organization. The flow of potential clients increased but not up to the expected level and
hence it is again a matter of concern for the organization to review the proposal to find out others
weaknesses. Some of the potential clients went to the competitors which had not been expected
by the organization. So, it can be said that the goals of the organization were not achieved by the
sales proposal and the organization should investigate the reasons for failure. So, the

organization has sent one of the staffs to look in this matter closely and fix the issues. The
cooperation and collaboration of the training manager are vital for this task.
